Benefits of CESA membership
- CESA members receive a 6% discount on their insurance premiums from State Fund in addition to discounts that they may qualify for based on their experience modification, size and other underwriting factors.
- CESA participates in State Fund’s non-concurrent anniversary date program, so that CESA members are not required to change their individual policy anniversary dates when joining.

 CESA safety services are designed to reduce accidents and minimize losses, which include:

CESA provides brokered accounts with specialized services.
Association Services for Brokered Accounts
- Brokerage commission: State Fund offers a competitive commission program to brokers whose customers join CESA’s group insurance program.
- CESA acts as a liaison to State Fund representatives and services.
- Broker’s control of the account: The broker continues to manage the account. CESA does not compete with brokers but rather supports their efforts in providing their customers with an industry competitive group insurance program.
- Direct access to CESA provides additional assistance to employers and brokers regarding claims, safety and policy issues.
